A total of three extensions are carefully added to a heritage listed building from the 1950s, including a new extended main entrance. The new volumes are built in a recycled vintage brick, just until now stored since several decades.

Common areas, residential rooms and staff areas have been modernized and adapted according to contemporary requirements while elements worth preserving have been renovated.
